This merlot cabernet sauvignon is designed to grow, starting with medium weight, but gradually blooming and flexing and developing into something mightier. He might start off mid-bodied, but give him a few years to flex, to draw blood into vessels and flare his deltoids, and he’s all the brawn and peanut-shell biceps you’d expect. Then again, you’re not judging Mr. Universe. There’s no coconut oil in the air. You’re drinking red wine, eating a meal, and size and scale is not necessarily as important as balance and length. Still, it’s nice to know.
