AMUSINGS - It tickles a bit, as it should. Acidity is the feather the brain sometimes needs to alert our senses to all the other good things. The nutmeg, the pan drippings from a roast chicken, the lemon balm, the crisp 8am spring daylight. It shimmers and sparks like a gold leaf crown on a 14th century painting.
