A cabernet sauvignon that exhales into you like a strong breeze off a lake. Initially mint, oregano, peat, forest floor, murky as a vague promise. Makes you use words like ‘suffusive’. Crimson matte in its depth, but the grip of the tannin breaks the gloss. (Don’t want to slip over.)
